November

The wind changes color
into a meditation direction
to blow thank you leaves
all around with colorful grace
warm orange jack-o'-lanterns
begin to smile for autumn
the days turn shorter
embraced by fall's thanksgiving
when we are warm from new candle light
that glows in November.
