tigerish farce

i hear that orange pumpkin
gibbering round the bend
i ain't seen the news without it
since i don't know when
& i'm stuck in trumpkin prison
though we sure voted nay
when i see that pumpkin grinning
my hair gets further gray
with his sycophants & toadies
he's signing mad decrees
as if the constitution
go chopped off at the knees
& i'm stuck in trumpkin prison
the same bad jam as you
for four long years of madness
or maybe one or two
i hear that pumpkin trainwreck
gibbering round the bend
i ain't seen the news without it
since i don't know when
& i'm stuck in trumpkin prison
although we voted nay
when i see that frackin' pumpkin
my hair turns further gray
